If the wheelchair isn't working out and you wish to return the wheelchair. Please contact us via email and we will gladly refund your money back, less your shipping charge. 

Wheelchairs will need to be back to us within a 30 day period.

Refunds are issued after we receive the wheelchair back, preferably through the Post Office.
